What most people don’t know about me is..

Life has thrown me some unexpected challenges, and while I’ve worked hard to build success, there’s a lot beneath the surface that most people don’t know. I’m neurodivergent, living with dyslexia, ADHD, and Complex PTSD, all of which shape how I experience and navigate the world. I went back to school in my 40s, proving to myself that it’s never too late to start again, even when it feels daunting.

I grew up as a child of divorce, with the complexities that come from having a father who struggled with alcoholism. His passing from liver cancer left me with a deep sense of loss that I’m still working through.

Alongside that, I’ve faced the grief of recently losing my two dachshunds, who were my companions for 17 years. Losing them has been incredibly hard.

What most people know about me is..

For over a decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of emotional intelligence, somatic therapy, and transformative learning. As a former designer for Disney, I learned to navigate the high expectations of a global brand—skills I now use to coach professionals in corporate environments to thrive with clarity and resilience.

At The Well-Being Collective and as an Executive Coach at Spring Health, I’ve guided leaders to find balance, foster growth, and lead with purpose. My experience as the owner of a developmental, play-based preschool further deepened my understanding of human growth and connection, a foundation I bring to every client.

My approach combines science with heart, drawing from my background in psychology and social-emotional development. My mission is to guide individuals toward deeper self-connection, transforming their lives and minds.

Currently pursuing a Doctorate in Social Emotional Learning and holding a Master’s in Transformative Learning, I have certifications as an ICF PCC Coach, Somatic Therapist, and EQ Assessor from 6seconds.org. I bring these tools into every coaching session, whether with a CEO or someone navigating life transitions.

Whether you seek fulfillment, wish to overcome challenges, or aim to be your best self, I’m here to help you navigate that journey with insight, compassion, and practical tools. I believe everyone can lead a life of purpose, clarity, and joy.

You might be at a crossroads, feeling the weight of leadership, craving balance, or wanting to dive into personal development. Whatever your reasons, I’m here to help you find ease and fulfillment.

I believe lasting transformation aligns the body, mind, and spirit. My goal is to support you with the strategies you need to thrive, whether in leadership or in leading a more intentional life.

Four year old Sarah

I’ve started over seven businesses—some were successes, while others taught me more through their failures. In 2020, I lost a very successful business that I had built and worked tirelessly for. I also bought my first home that same year, which gave me a sense of stability in the midst of having to start from scratch again.

Through it all, I’ve struggled with anxiety, trust, and control, especially after experiencing so much loss. But these struggles have shaped my resilience. Each chapter of my life, both the triumphs and the heartaches, has given me perspective and a drive to keep going, no matter what.

I’m still growing, still learning, and still finding my way—but I’m proud of how far I’ve come.
